Aren't these new stamps just the cutest things ever? Sadly, I have been busy with work and trying to get everything together to go back to school, so I haven't had a ton of stamping time.

I am still in need of a time management course *wink* I did find time to make a few things recently, so I'll try to share them with you this week

PAPER: Popsicle Pink 4bar, black halequin pretty little paper

Accessories: small heart punch, Martha Stewart red glitter, Copic Markers.

I love you more than...

wine and chocolate. Ok well that may be pushing it a little *wink*. Wine and chocolate are my favorite food groups. I think the new A Muse release has to be the yummy-est ever! When I saw the chocolate stamp, I just knew it would be perfect for this treat box.

 

I found the template on Splitcoast Stampers. I love the way it turned out. It reminds me of a vintage Valentine Card.

FYI I started a 365 project. Take a picture every day for a year. As you may or may not know, I am very good at starting projects, but not always great at completing them. So this will be a huge challenge for me. I started this last year, but don't think I made it through January. Heather is doing it too, so I am sure she can keep me going ;) You can see all my pictures here.

Love Shack

I love new releases. I always have one favorite stamp right away, but as I work with the stamps it changes. The 'love shack' is definitely becoming one of my favorites. There is a downside to this stamp; I get the song Love Shack by the B52's stuck in my head. ;)

Heather began her 'sparks' again this week. I always plan to participate, but seem to run out of time. At least that's my excuse. Well no excuses this week. I combined it with a sneak peek.

 

I made a very simple flap card. As I am typing this, I thought of something fun to add to the inside of the card. I'll have to give it a try later.

An A Muse Sneak

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! One of my resolutions should be to blog more huh?

When I first saw some of the new stamps I thought of a 50's soda shop. I had an idea as I was starting to make this card, but veered off course and ended up with something different.

In keeping with the red, black and white theme, I decided not to color in the glass. I just added a little cool shadow around the edge. I then added some crystal effects and liquid applique.
